Whole Beef Share Deposit

Our all-natural Angus cattle are raised on the rolling pastures of Somerset, PA, in the heart of the beautiful Laurel Highlands. This land, rich with history and tradition, has been farmed by generations of hardworking families. Our cattle graze freely on these lush fields, benefiting from the diverse grasses and clean mountain air that define this region. By ordering from us, you’re securing the highest quality, premium beef for your freezer—directly from our pastures to your plate.

How it works: You reserve a Rocky Acre whole beef share today with a $1245 deposit. We reserve one of our premium angus steers for your family. Our USDA-certified butcher will process your beef and pack it in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($3750). Then we will ship it to your door.

A whole beef includes: Approximately 400lbs. of our premium pasture-raised and grain-finished beef. Details of our standard cut are available below; you may also select the "custom cut" variant for your order if you want to get in touch for a more specific breakdown of your beef.

Standard Cut:

• 30% Steaks: Rib Steak, T-Bone, Sirloin Steak, Tip Steak, Round Steak
• 25% Roasts: Rump Roast, Short Ribs, Brisket
• 45% Premium Ground Beef: 80/20 blend

Pricing: Place your whole beef deposit today for $1245. Pay the rest ($3750) when your beef is ready. Total amount: $4995.

Freezer Space: This whole beef share will require approx. 20 cubic ft. of freezer space.

Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum-sealed, USDA-processed, and labeled. 

Shipping: Your order will ship to your home. We currently offer free shipping to PA, OH, WV, VA, MD, NJ, NY, and New England. Those opting for local pick-up will receive a discount! We will reach out and update you when our shipping dates are finalized.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable as they are used to support the growth and care of a living animal, which is an irreversible process.
