At Rocky Acre Family Farm, we strive to deliver the highest quality beef, pork, and chicken directly from our farm to your table. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy to ensure your peace of mind. 

Eligibility for Refunds

•  Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

•  Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

•  No final sale items are eligible for return.

Return Process

1.  Contact our customer service team at [insert contact email/phone] within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

2.  Package the eligible products securely in their original packaging.

3.  Ship the return package to the address provided by our team, using a trackable shipping method.

4.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

A 35% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items to cover handling and processing costs.

Refunds

•  Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within  5-7 business days.

•  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 35% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs.

•  You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

•  Perishable items that have been opened or used.

•  Products not in their original packaging or condition.

•  Final sale items.
